not limited to those governing securities trading in You that MFCSL is not resp for any illegal
or use of the App by you.

not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, ‘audio clips, and software, are the property
of MFCSL or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws.
Limitation of Liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law, MFCSL shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any
way connected with your use of the App.
Modification of Terms
MFCSL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without
prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your
continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of
such changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
